How often have you bought something and then a few months later a bit falls off. It happens, but what can you do? Not much really if you drove over it with your car. However, if there is a genuine manufacturing defect, then we will either repair it so it’s as good as new, or replace it for you – free of charge. The same goes if items do not reach you in perfect condition. That’s how simple our guarantee is and that’s how much faith we put in the quality of our jewellery and service.
The way we make our jewellery is very hands-on. In our workshop in Cornwall, UK, it’s very rare for anything to go on sale which is not up to our standards of craftsmanship. Each item is checked many times throughout its manufacture and is hand finished by scrutinising staff prior to despatch. However, if there is a manufacturing fault that emerges over time, simply return the complete item to us and we’ll take care of the rest. There will be no charge to you whatsoever.

We will repair/replace an item as long as we have the moulds, materials and copyright to do so. If for whatever reason we can not repair/replace the exact item we will offer an alternative to the same value.
