Delivery & Returns

Standard Delivery Details

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of receipt or earlier. During peak order periods when some items may be out of stock we will contact you if delivery is going to be delayed.

UK – Standard post – £3.50

UK – FREE POST – on orders over £25 value. This does not include Special Delivery.

UK – Special Delivery – £7.00  Please note that your order must be placed before 2pm, Mon – Thurs and before midday on Friday to guarantee a Monday delivery, stock permitting (There is no special delivery service on a Saturday). Also recommended for orders over £80.

International – airmail/small packet post (depending on weight) – £7.00 (our experience suggests this is a 3-10 day service from dispatch, being nearer 10 days for the USA, Australia and New Zealand)

During the checkout process you can choose to send items to different destination addresses.  There is no extra charge for this service.

Returns Policy

If you are in any way unhappy with any items you have purchased from us, you can return them to us for either an exchange of size/colour or a refund within 30 days of their arrival.

Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.

If you decide to return a non-faulty item to us, you will be responsible for safe return of the item and costs involved.

Please enclose a brief covering letter with your return that clearly states your name, address, contact telephone number and original order number.

How do you wish to proceed?

I want a refund – please let us know this in the covering letter.

I want to exchange the size or stone colour  – please state the size/colour you now require on the covering letter and we will send you the replacement item.

I want a different item – Send the original unwanted item to us and we will refund you for that item.  Please order the different item on our website and pay as normal.

Please note:

We cannot refund or exchange products for people who have received our items as a gift– you will need to ask the purchaser of the item to arrange this for you.

Items returned to us that arrive damaged or indeed get lost in transit, will not be refunded.

We regret, in the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of pierced earrings, unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
